Desert Sands offers a variety of different leagues and outings
What is a League?
We define league play, as a group of 12 golfers that want to play at the same time at least one day a week.
Summer Leagues are forming now.
Winter League contracts will be coming out in July.
What benefit do I get when I form or join a league?
If you form your own league, your group gets contracted tee-times, a percentage off green fees and for being the league coordinator you get your green fee and cart fee for free. Free? Yes, free. with a minimum of 11 paying league members, we reward your hard work and effort. It is not easy to keep a group together. If you are joining one of the established leagues then the coordinator beat you to the free round, but you will be eligible to have tee-times and discounted rate on the day of your league.

Friday Morning Men’s Club Year Round League:
We always welcome new members.
June – September: Tee-Times start at 6:30am
October – May: Tee-Times start at 7:30am

Our ladies, casual, 18-hole group plays on Saturday mornings. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS SHOW UP! Looking for someone fun to play golf with? This is your group!
- June – September: 8:00 a.m.
- October – May: 11:00 a.m.
Moose League:
Is a Sunday ABCD Scramble league open to all Moose Lodge members?
October – May check in starts at 7:30am and tee times begin promptly at 8:30am.
June – September check in starts at 6:30am and tee times begin promptly at 7:30am.
